"Constituting and implementing the IP strategy of Inner Mongolia, constructing experts' database for IP strategy research, and carrying out IP strategy research in key industries are the key emphasis in IP work this year". This is learnt form the IP work meeting of Inner Mongolia, which defined this year's IP work objectives. The province will construct IP training base and train a batch of IP personnel in 2010 aiming at lack of IP talents. It was the first IP meeting convened by Inner Mongolia.
　

It is introduced that, up to now, Inner Mongolia accumulatively aided 1,349 pieces of invention patents with funds of 2.759 million yuan. Among the aided 367 invention patents in 2009, on-duty inventions are 269 pieces and accounting for 73% of the total amount, and enterprises are gradually become the main body of IP creation. Moreover, the province elected 20 key independent IP achievements, and there are 95 national and provincial IP pilot and demo enterprises in the whole province.
